Beautiful, traditional hotel in the heart of the old quarter of the city.

Initially, it was not very easy to find.

Great central location. Very pleasant. Research carefully how to arrive because the streets around the hotel are just narrow walkways not roads and we found parking not easy (did find free on-street 10mins away eventually).

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

What sounded like a pump going on and off for 5seconds happened every
5minutes early in the morning. Just as your going back asleep it came on
again. Very annoying.

The location of the Hotel is perfect, literally right beside the Alcalzar within the centre of the historic district. The staff are lovely and the rooms seem like small appartments rather than hotel rooms. We had a balcony looking out to the tiled courtyard which was beautiful and quiet. The breakfasts are superb with a large selction of hot a cold options.Would come again!!loved it!

There is an El Rey Moro restuarant to the front of the hotel which we were advised to eat in by hotel staff. Unfortunately the food was terrible, the worst Tapas we have ever had! Try Bodego on Mateos Gaga instead for yummy tapas.

The El Rey Moro has a great location in the old quarter of Seville. No
need to hir a car or take taxis - we could walk to all major sights.
Great Tapas bars nearby. And despite being centrally located, we found
it quiet and restful

We enjoyed so many things about our stay it is hard to find fault ... a
mini bar would have been useful, but not really necessary as there is a
24 hour restaurant on the premises

Well situated in the old quarter. Be prepared to get lost and find little squares and bars.

Location, ambience.

The view from the windows is lovely, but one needs to keep the curtains closed, for privacy. The curtains are heavy, so no light penetrates, and one needs electricity in the middle of a sunny day. Venetian blinds, or 2 sets of curtains (sheer and heavy) would solve this problem.

It's a completely charming building with a beautiful flower-covered courtyard with little fountain and attractive balconies. The restaurant was good and the staff were extremely helpful, kind and welcoming. Also, for a one day look at Seville, the location is brilliant.

clean room, attention to decor, color (orange walls, apricot ceiling), new fixtures in bathroom, very aesthetic details in hotel in general, location in Santa Cruz, staff friendly and helpful

Although adequate, room was a bit small. Would suggest a written description of how to hotel. Entrance is on a very narrow alley, not obvious on any map.

Everything! Thought it might be noisy but it wasn't, except for some flushing sounds on a couple of occasions. The staff was very friendly and the room was great too.
